    Vintage Ink Blotter from The Colonial Finance Co., located at 140 East Sixth St., Cincinnati, Ohio.

    This is a 3-1/2" x 6" ink blotter, with printing on the front, and an absorbent surface on the back. (c.1940's?)
    It is in very good condition, with minimal wear;  and some slight usage on the back.
