    Description

    Vintage Bonney Tools No.2624 Heavy Duty Adjustable Hacksaw  with Red Plastic Handle. This tool has a design patent on the handle 141906 that was granted on July 31, 1945. This is a very heavy duty adjustable design made to use hacksaw blades 8",10" or 12" long. The metal in the frame is 3/16" thick and 3/4" wide. Heavy duty 5/16" threaded pull back for tightening the blade. Blade can be positioned in four different cutting directions. Max OAL is about 19-1/4" long. Some minor rusting/tarnishing, small crack in the red handle, seen in the pictures. Handle appears to be hollow, not solid. Frame only, no blade included. See pictures for more details.
