Vintage 1990's Disney "Welcome to the Magic Kingdom Character Department" Manual

Very rare binder from the 1990's served as Disney's Character Actor/Cast Member training manual for those working at the Magic Kingdom.  This extensive training guide includes general cast members training overview sections about appearance, attendance, Disney's "Four Keys", Disney Dictionary of cast lingo, operating guidelines, park maps including utilidors, and features instructions for cast to learn how to portray their character's traits, behavior, interacting with guests and other characters and "animating", or bring the character to life and how to sign their autograph for over 50 different characters.   Also includes a sample MK Character Department Training Test.  A great piece of history and although the 1990's were not all that long ago, reading through this brings back memories of rides, restaurants, shops and attractions that are no longer at the park, 25 years later.  Binder and pages are in fine condition.  This is a massive training manual with well over 200 pages.  These items came from a Disney estate sale through Van Eaton Auctions years ago and are a very unique and hard to find item that does not come to market very often.  Any Disney enthusiast would love to have this gem in their collection!
