MILLS 5-CENT QT FIREBIRD SLOT MACHINE ORIGINAL LOCKS & RESTORED NICE!!

Here is a nice Mills QT Firebird Slot Machine in excellent condition.  I have been collecting/restoring slot machines since 1987 and have focused on Mills QT line for the last 10 years or so.  This machine has had a partial tear-down and everything functions as it should.  Cycles fine and jackpot dumps alternately as designed.  Slot has been repainted to the original colors and the aluminum lightly buffed to retain an aged patina.  Cabinet has original black paint and still looks quite nice.  Front and rear locks are original.  Has original Mills side plate and a reproduction decal.  Mills cashbox is original (missing top swinging part).  Award card is an excellent replica (beat up original included).  Reel strips are original.  Slug box is an original that I painted hammer silver since it was oxidized.  Serial number is 5485 (around 1935-6) and there is a matching paper on the inside left part of the cabinet.  Starting to thin out the collection a bit.  If you are new to the QT slots I recommend purchasing the Geddes & Saul book, "Guide for the Repair of the Mills QT" that still can be located as these can be tricky to troubleshoot.  Please email with additional questions.  Buyer pays 0 shipping (FedEx or UPS) or you can pick up if in my area (65 miles North of Sioux Falls, SD)  Slots cannot be sold in the following states:  AL, CT, HI, NE, & SC. and bids will be cancelled from these states.  Legal now in Indiana and Tennessee (recently passed in 2021).
