Hello: This is a souvenir cel from Walt Disney World in Florida at the Animation Studios. Top says The Magic of Animation Walt Disney Animation Florida and shows progression of "Traveling Mickey". There are 4 pieces: The blank back cardboard, the Mickey drawings, the Colorized Mickey and top plastic (no frame). There is also 2 sheets, an explanation of how this is done and the care and handling of animation art. We got this long ago on a trip to Walt Disney World, it's been stored a long time.
