J.B. Owens Lightweight,  Jug, mold #790, Mint, Great  Artwork, Artist Signed

Description

Up for auction is a Lightweight Jug, mold #790, with extremely good artwork.
It is in mint condition, has the Owens “JBO” script mark on its bottom and is 5.5” Tall.
It has the artist monogram “EA” signed on the bottom rim.
This appears to be Elizabeth Ayers who has not been previously identified as an Owens artist even though she has been identified as an artist on early Weller and Roseville pieces.
This jug has a minor glaze scratch on its backside.
I use plenty of bubble wrap and Styrofoam peanuts during packing to ensure each item arrives in the same condition I shipped it.  I also require
each item be fully insured by the USPS mail service.
