    Description

    This 1996 Disney Ltd. Ed. "Winnie the Poo and Tigger Too" Sericel is 16" High X 19" Wide and in excellent condition.  Comes with COA and plexiglass covering  but no frame.  Plexiglass has a few light scratches, but aren't noticeable.  Sericel is titled, "Tigger Tackle" and is a hand inked, hand painted cel by Disney artists working from the original animation drawings used for the 1974 film - scene 147.  Limited edition of 5000.
