    NEW  , CHELSEA , 20997 3.5" " VOYAGER " BAROMETER with Black Dial . Machine forged brass . Measures 3&13/16 " diameter overall X 1&1/2 " deep . THIS UNIT WAS A DISPLAY MODEL AND HAS A COUPLE OF VERY LIGHT SCRATCHES ON THE OUTER FINISH RING . THe flaws are at about 2:30 and 10 o'clock ( hour hand ) if this were a clock  There is no mechanical defect , A very solid unit . Buy with confidence .
