For Sale: An antique Owens Gold Medal St. Louis Plate. This decorative plate is hand painted with a hanging red pair and leaves pattern, red and yellowish background, ornate raised gold trim, very pretty. This lovely plate is in good-fair antique condition, one small  chip on the under the rim of the plate (not seen from the front), no cracks or crazing. There is some ware, some paint loss, there is some scratching on the plate, possibly utensil marks. The bottom of the plate has a 2" raise in the glaze by the makers mark. The plate measures 9 1/8" in diameter.
