lunchbox & Thermos available only on a Mail In Promotion issued 43 Years ago by Johnson & Johnson.. As listed in only one Lunchbox guide ..Larry Aikens Pictorial Guide to Lunchboxes on page 150. This is COMPLETE with the correct matching thermos. I have ever only seen a couple of these surface for sale in my years of collecting. In
